I've had the privilege to work with a lot of talented award-winning creatives. 
I think what makes my working style unique is that I like to create a safe working environment where individual creative collaboration can flourish, maybe it's because I'm a middle child – but I have found my superpower to be in bringing the best out of my creative partners – whether it is working with stakeholders, editors, cinematographers, politicians, or celebrities.

I direct and produce with three principles in mind: (1) respect all, (2) be honest with grace and consideration for other people's sensitivities, and (3) protect and build trust in the process.
